Notice of Request for Proposals

Notice of request for sealed proposals for Mililani Presbyterian Preschool. This is an official solicitation of bids for vended meals in accordance with 2 CFR 200.318-326 and 7 CFR 226.22.

Mililani Presbyterian Preschool is seeking meal vendors to prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch, and snack at our location. Meal counts may vary from month to month, depending on school enrollment. Submit bits by driver per meals or by bulk pricing.

The contract will be effective on July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020. All meals of each type must meet the minimum standards set by the USDA and CACFP meals of that type. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder that posses the potential ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of the proposed procurement and is lowest in price. Other factors shall be given consideration when there are sound documented business reasons such as contractor integrity, compliance with public policy, record of past performance, and financial and technical resources.

At the time and place advertised, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed Proposals are due no later than 5:00pm HST, June 20, 2019 at Mililani Presbyterian Preschool, 95-410 Kuahelani Ave., Mililani, HI 96789.
